Objective: Client HSE Department administers monthly training along with quizzes, using PowerPoint and comic strips.
Challenge: Client required a more engaging means of training delivery. This method must be visually-driven and allow for interactive assessment, with performance collated and analysed in a Learning Management System (LMS).
Value added/Benefits
Knowledge gaps are clearly revealed when staff are exposed to scenarios and required to take relevant actions.
Effective training, performance evaluation and monitoring is achieved with a LMS to collate, analyse and display data for performance assessment.
